全球汽车工业在“双碳”“+”新四化’加持态势下，新能源汽车产业链将加速电动化、智能化、轻量化等关键技术多维度融合变革及绿色产业链轻量化新赛道应用发展演进，这将加强轻量化产品线上下游细分领域协同创新与配套合作，汽车轻量化材料应用预计2025年减重20%、2030年减重35%的目标；目前，伴随新能源汽车快速迭代及轻量化关键技术应用的持续突破，车用碳纤维及低碳先进复合材料轻量化结构部件也将进入量产化窗口期。

随着中国.海南自贸港的产业新政及新能源汽车低碳产业链国际发展驱动，加快释放汽车新赛道产业链新一轮发展机遇，中国庞大的汽车市场需求，为全球汽车工业发展创造了巨大商机。

为加强中欧新能源汽车碳纤维及先进复合材料制造商、整车厂、零部件、科研机构等低碳产品生态链的协同创新和配套合作；共同探讨“双碳”驱动下：如何加快AI赋能，多维度技术融合、新能源汽车核心技术创新突破、先进复合材料轻量化产品线迭代升级和绿色低碳产品线可持续发展的技术战略，促进低碳先进复合材料结构部件量产化应用发展。

由国际汽车轻量化绿色科技联盟（IALTA）、中欧碳纤维及先进复合材料协会（CFICA）发起主办的第十二届中欧新能源汽车轻量化与先进复合材料创新国际峰会及其系列专题论坛定于2025.10月23-24日在海口召开，届时将邀请来自宝马汽车、奔驰汽车、大众汽车、比亚迪、广汽、丰田汽车、蔚来汽车、小鹏汽车、赛力斯汽车、长安汽车、一汽、东风汽车、岚图汽车、北汽、吉利、奇瑞、长城、小米汽车、法雷奥、佛吉亚、延峰内饰系统、宁德时代、国轩高科、弗迪电池、亿航智能、小鹏汇天、峰飞航空、沃飞长空、巴斯夫、科思创、赢创工业、陶氏、东丽碳纤维、德国弗劳恩霍夫应用技术研究院、德国碳纤维复合材料协会等国内外的知名头部整车厂、零部件、碳纤维及先进材料制造商、智能制造及轻量化全生态链机构及专家300多位与会；大会将是全球新能源汽车和低空飞行汽车轻量化全生态链应用与合作国际盛会；

碳纤维及先进复合材料凭借其重量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀、设计灵活、易于成型，有效提升新能源汽车续航里程、提高整车安全性能；同时极大降低了振动和噪音等优势；碳纤维复合材料结构车身，底盘、电池结构的重量减轻40%-60%，碳纤维及先进复合材料也将成为未来新能源汽车轻量化材料战略发展趋势；伴随中欧新能源汽车产业高度渗透增长、新能源汽车快速迭代升级，催生了轻量化全新赛道产品线应用发展，新能源汽车碳纤维及先进复合材料结构部件量产化应用发展将迎来广阔市场开发前景。

活动亮点：

会议关注，中欧新能源汽车和低空飞行汽车轻量化全低碳生态链与低碳可持续发展，会议还将围绕双碳目标下，全生命周期碳纤维及复合材料结构部件轻量化全生态低碳发展及关键技术路径以及协同创新机遇深入探讨。

会议期间，同期组织2025年度IALTA（中国）汽车轻量化绿色科技创新奖评选活动-碳纤维及先进复合材料轻量化创新奖专场评选活动，并拟定组织参观考察海南自贸港、海马新能源汽车、超级工厂、吉利远程新能源商用车、研发中心及新能源汽车碳纤维复合材料应用交流会；

本届活动特设专题论坛1：车身、底盘及内外饰轻量化与关键技术创新论坛、专题论坛2：动力电池结构创新与轻量化关键技术论坛、专题论坛3：新能源商用车低碳发展与轻量化关键技术创新研讨会、专题论坛4：低空飞行汽车轻量化与先进复合材料创新应用研讨会等系列专题论坛。

Industry background：

Under the trend of “dual carbon” and “new four modernizations” in the global automotive industry，the new energy vehicle industry chain will accelerate the multidimensional integration and transformation of key technologies such as electrification，intelligence，and lightweighting，as well as the development and evolution of the green industry chain lightweighting new track application. This will strengthen the collaborative innovation and supporting cooperation in the online and downstream sub sectors of lightweight products. The application of automotive lightweight materials is expected to reduce weight by 20% by 2025 and 35% by 2030；At present，with the rapid iteration of new energy vehicles and continuous breakthroughs in the application of key lightweight technologies，automotive carbon fiber and low-carbon advanced composite lightweight structural components will also enter the window of mass production.

With China The new industrial policies of Hainan Free Trade Port and the international development of low-carbon industrial chain for new energy vehicles have accelerated the release of a new round of development opportunities in the automotive industry chain. The huge demand in China's automotive market has created enormous business opportunities for the global automotive industry.

To strengthen the collaborative innovation and supporting cooperation of low-carbon product ecosystems such as carbon fiber and advanced composite material manufacturers，vehicle manufacturers，parts manufacturers，and research institutions for new energy vehicles in China and Europe；Jointly explore the technological strategy of accelerating AI empowerment，multi-dimensional technology integration，innovative breakthroughs in core technologies of new energy vehicles，iterative upgrading of advanced composite material lightweight product lines，and sustainable development of green low-carbon product lines under the drive of “dual carbon”，and promote the mass production and application development of low-carbon advanced composite material structural components.

Supported by the International Association of Automotive Lightweight Green Technology（IALTA）and the China Europe Carbon Fiber and Advanced Composite Materials Association（CFICA）The 12th China Europe International Summit on Lightweight and Advanced Composite Materials Innovation for New Energy Vehicles and its series of special forums are scheduled to be held in Chongqing on October 23-24，2025. Invitations will be extended to participants from BMW, Mercedes Benz，Volkswagen，BYD，GAC，Toyota，NIO，Xiaopeng Motors，Sailis，Changan Automobile，FAW，Dongfeng Motor，Lantu Automobile，BAIC，Geely，Chery，Great Wall Motors，Xiaomi，Faurecia，Faurecia，Yanfeng Interior Systems，Ningde Times，Guoxuan Gaoke，Freddie Battery，Yihang Intelligence，Xiaopeng Huitian，Fengfei Aviation，Wofei Changkong，BASF，Covestro，Evonik Industries，Dow Jones. Renowned domestic and foreign leading vehicle manufacturers such as Dongli Carbon Fiber，Fraunhofer Institute of Applied Technology in Germany，and German Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Association More than 300 manufacturers of components，carbon fiber and advanced materials，intelligent manufacturing and lightweight full ecological chain institutions，and experts attended the meeting；The conference will be an international event for the application and cooperation of lightweight full ecological chain for new energy vehicles and low altitude flying vehicles worldwide；

Carbon fiber and advanced composite materials，with their light weight，high strength，corrosion resistance，flexible design，and easy molding，effectively enhance the range and safety performance of new energy vehicles；At the same time，it greatly reduces the advantages of vibration and noise；Carbon fiber composite material structure reduces the weight of the vehicle body，chassis，and battery structure by 40%-60%. Carbon fiber and advanced composite materials will also become the strategic development trend of lightweight materials for future new energy vehicles；With the high penetration and growth of the new energy vehicle industry in China and Europe，as well as the rapid iteration and upgrading of new energy vehicles，a new track of lightweight product line applications has emerged. The conference focuses on the lightweight and low-carbon ecological chain and sustainable development of new energy vehicles and low altitude flying vehicles in China and Europe. The conference will also explore in depth the key technological paths and collaborative innovation opportunities for the lightweight and low-carbon development of carbon fiber and composite structural components throughout their entire lifecycle under the dual carbon goal.
